Lav leads the research services at FieldMonitor and is responsible for managing the overall operations and client service delivery. He is passionate about industry disruption and emerging technologies.

Lav carries an experience of over 18 years in IT and Telecom sector in providing product solutioning, research and analytics services to clients.

Lav's expertise spans a broad range of telecom technologies: 3G, Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Drive Test, LTE, Mobile Communications, 4G, 5G.

Prior to FieldMonitor, Lav worked with global telecom companies like TEOCO, Aircom & Bharti Airtel. He is also a business and sales consultant for SCube Software Square Systems. In his previous roles, Lav spearheaded transmission solutions, network deployment and project management services.

Lav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communications. He is a certified Prince2 Practitioner majoring in Project Management.

Ankit is a seasoned market research professional with more than decade’s experience in healthcare and pharma research and analytics.

In his initial carer, Ankit executed over 1000 studies in healthcare including, new product launch, patient surveys, market entry study, medical devices, consumer health, healthcare payer and insurance.

Ankit is a people’s manager who works relentlessly to ensure that his teams deliver with demonstratable and quantifiable value addition for his clients.

Prior to FieldMonitor, Ankit worked with major pharma companies including GlaxoSmithKline Pharma and Sanofi.

Ankit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Community Health and Preventive Medicine.

He has also earned a Masters in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from the University of Manchester.

Sumit has 17+ years of experience in software, market research and banking industry. He is based out of our UK office and manages key European clients of the firm.

Prior to joining FieldMonitor he has worked with reputed and leading technology and banking firms like JP Morgan, Bank Of America, Aricent, TCS and Scotia Bank.

He brings rich experience from R&D, Software development, market consultant and client services.
